How to use

For hair & scalp care
Dilute 30 drops in 100 ml of carrier oil (like our BIO Almond oil) and massage gently into the scalp.

For body massage & skin care
Mix 15 drops with 50 ml of carrier oil and massage onto the body or targeted areas.

For baths & full-body relaxation
Add 6–8 drops to warm bath water and relax for at least 10 minutes.

For mental clarity & fresh air
Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser to refresh the space and support focus.
